At Twyford C of E School we believe all children are entitled to experience the joy of learning and achieve their potential both academically and socially. We recognise that for certain children it will be necessary to make additional provision in order for these aims to be met.
Since September 2014 schools have been required to publish information about services they provide for children with disabilities and Special Educational needs. This is called the school’s ‘Local Offer’. The intention is to offer choice and transparency for families, as well as providing a resource for professionals to detail the range of services and provision locally.

SENDIAS (The Special Educational Needs and Disability Information, Advice and Support Service) provides free, confidential, impartial information, advice and support on all matters relating to special educational needs and disability for children and their parents/carers.
